Every year, Los Amigos de Los Niños hosts a Christmas Fiesta for the children at the internado, a government-funded boarding school we help support alongside our scholarship programs. The children, ages 6 to 13, come from ranch families living too far away to commute daily to school.

Event Highlights:
- Student Performances: The celebration began with lively dances performed by the students for Los Amigos guests.
- Games & Traditions: From the reindeer antler ring toss to the piñata, the children delighted in festive fun.
- Santa’s Arrival: Volunteers sang “Here Comes Santa Claus” as Santa and his entourage arrived, bringing gifts and holiday cheer.
- Shared Meal: After the excitement of opening presents, students, staff, and guests enjoyed pozole prepared by the school staff and Christmas cookies baked by Los Amigos volunteers.
Community Support:
This joyful afternoon was made possible by the dedication of Los Amigos members and volunteers who donated gifts, prepared food, and organized activities. Their efforts brought smiles, laughter, and plenty of “Ho, Ho Hos!” to the children’s holiday.
Get Involved:
Help us continue this tradition of joy and support. Volunteer, donate, or spread the word to make a difference in the lives of these children.
✨ Happy holidays from Los Amigos de Los Niños!
